Margherita is an expert in banking law, telecommunications law, and digital markets law.
Before founding WLex, she led her own firm with about ten professionals.
She handles litigation and contracts for institutional clients, with whom she has established a well-rooted relationship of trust.

Francesca Sutti
Partner
Francesca deals with consumer protection, competition law, regulatory law, and European Union law in specific sectors such as lifesciences, the chemical sector, digital markets, and energy.
Compliance also means respect for sustainability and ESG, topics that Francesca is passionate about as they are based on principles in which she firmly believes.
Francesca is very interested in personal development, both her own and that of her team, and for example, in 2020 she attended the course "Empathy and emotional intelligence at work" (University of California, Berkeley).
Before founding WLex, she practiced in renowned international law firms where she held the position of partner responsible for the EU, Competition & Regulatory department.
In 2009 she was admitted to the Brussels Bar and in 1998 to the Milan Bar.
In 1995/1996 she carried out her legal practice in Germany.
She graduated from the University of Milan in 1995 (magna cum laude).
She speaks Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish.
Present for years in renowned Italian and international directories, in 2025 she received the Lawyer of the Year - EU & Competition award at the Legalcommunity Italian Awards.

Paola Furini
Of Counsel
Paola's activity focuses on bankruptcy law issues. She has held, and still holds, the position of Receiver in various insolvency proceedings and that of Sales Delegate for the Court of Milan.
She is a member of the Italian Women Jurists Association (ADGI) and the Milanese Insolvency Practitioners Association (ACM).
She is a member of the Insolvency Procedures Commission and the Executive Committee of the Milan Bar Association.
Paola has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 1996.
Paola graduated in 1991 from the University of Milan.

Patrizia Pietramale

Patrizia has been collaborating for over twenty years with the Bankruptcy Section of the Court of Milan, both as a bankruptcy trustee and as a judicial commissioner.
She provides legal advice in the field of business crisis, assessments and opinions regarding new business crises due to over-indebtedness and debt restructuring.
She is the founder of ACM (Associazione Concorsualisti Milano) of which she is a member of the Board of Directors
She is a member of S.I.S.C.O. (Società Italia Studi Concorsuali)

Prof. Manuela Bianchi
Of Counsel
Manuela has twenty years of experience in corporate compliance, with a particular focus on Data Protection and the administrative liability of entities.
She serves as an external DPO and as a member of Supervisory Bodies. Thanks to her experience, she has also been invited to join the scientific committee on cybersecurity of ASSODPO.
Adjunct Professor of Data Protection at DIBRIS - Department of Computer Science, Bioengineering, Robotics and Systems Engineering - University of Genoa and Subject Expert at the chair of Legal Informatics at the University of Milan.
She teaches at the Master's for Corporate Lawyers at Alma Laboris Business School. She collaborates with www.cyberlaws.it, a portal dedicated to law and new technologies.
She is the author of scientific and popular articles for industry journals. Co-author of the treatise "Digital Skills for Lawyers: IT Skills and Teaching Law of New Technologies," edited by Prof. G. Ziccardi and P. Perri, Giuffré 2022, and of the Legal Tech Dictionary, Giuffré, 2020.

Serena Vadalà
Associate
Serena carries out litigation activities in the telecommunications and banking sectors.
Before joining WLex, Serena collaborated with a historic Milanese law firm specializing in civil law.
Serena has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since January 2022 and graduated from the University of Milan in October 2018.
In 2017, she carried out research activities, as part of the Erasmus+ program, at the Universidad del País Vasco, aimed at drafting a comparative thesis on gender equality.

Christian Cozzi
Associate
Christian deals with insurance and banking law.
Before joining WLex, Christian worked for two years in a trust office of a leading insurance company, gaining solid experience in the field of professional liability, with particular reference to the areas of urban planning law and corporate law.
In these areas, he provides assistance and defense, both out of court, in the management of ante litem disputes, and in court, in the context of special summary proceedings and ordinary proceedings on the merits.
Christian has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2020.
He graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2017.
