WLex: Professional Synergies for Legal Excellence
A passion for law found fertile ground in the university corridors where Margherita Grassi Catapano and Francesca Sutti met for the first time. After university, although their paths diverged, the two professionals continued to collaborate professionally, working in different law firms—the first a boutique firm managed independently by Margherita and the other an international firm—but joined by common cases that required shared commitment.
Margherita consolidated her legal career in close collaboration with Paola, with whom she shared not only the beginnings of her legal practice but also the founding of their law firm. Together, they worked side by side for over two decades, creating a professional bond based on mutual trust and a dedicated commitment to legal excellence.
The WLex team was further enriched by the arrival of Patrizia and Manuela. Patrizia, known to Paola through previous professional contacts, is an expert in insolvency law, a vital resource for managing the complexities of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. Manuela, met by Margherita through shared experiences in the political sphere, specializes in Data Protection and new technology law, key elements for guiding clients through digital challenges.
