Litigation:
We have gained over twenty years of experience in civil litigation before the ordinary judicial authorities. In addition, over the past ten years we have also specialized in administrative proceedings before the Communications Regulatory Authority.
In particular, we assist companies, banks, and investment funds in both passive and active litigation, mainly related to the telecommunications, banking law, and real estate sectors.
We work in constant and daily collaboration with the in-house legal departments of the companies we assist, in order to prepare information flows related to relationships that may lead to judicial outcomes.
Recent experiences:
- Assistance to a banking institution in a lawsuit brought by an account holder regarding the issue of omnibus guarantees.
- Assistance to a banking institution in an appeal case regarding the issue of settlement and restoration payments.
- Assistance to a telecom operator in a lawsuit brought by a company for damages suffered due to the suspension of telephone lines
- Assistance to a real estate fund in proceedings under art. 700 cpc to prevent the enforcement of a guarantee
