Electronic Communications Law:

The field of electronic communications (in particular 5G) is closely linked to the digital services that are spreading.

We assist companies operating in the fields of telephony, broadcasting, and the Internet, providing support both in judicial matters, before the ordinary and administrative courts, Agcom and the competent Corecoms, and in extrajudicial matters, for example in drafting commercial contracts.

We are trusted consultants to two major telephone companies. This gives us the opportunity to study the current regulations, which are constantly and rapidly evolving, allowing us to understand what the future developments will be in the relationship between telephone companies and users, both consumers and businesses.

Many issues have been addressed over these years of activity, including, in recent years, the innovations introduced by the European Code of Electronic Communications.

Experience in the television sector has instead focused on satellite platforms where the firm has also dealt with regulatory aspects.
