Banking and insurance law:

The traditional role of banks is rapidly changing. Therefore, while we have been assisting financial institutions for twenty years—dealing with issues related to capital markets, financial instruments, and pure banking regulation—we also delve into all matters related to fintech.

We also deal with insurance law, with particular reference to litigation concerning insurance products and their legal nature. We are also experts in issues related to the third pillar of pension provision.
